GV ACEDEMY COACHING 

A 5 week coaching program for junior shredders at Greenvalleys! 

  • The sessions will be held once a month dependent on the group, with our amazing coach Leanna Curtis

  • All riders will need to purchase at a minimum one Leg Saver shuttle card and these cards are also  available for parents/guardians to purchase passes and cut some laps whilst their shredder is doing their thing with our legendary instructor

  • All riders will need to have a full face helmet, knee pads, gloves and appropriate riding shoes and a Leg Saver pass for any shuttled runs (Leggies pass will need to be purchased separately on the day or use one from a previous Leggies day). More info on Leg Savers here

  • Riders will need a guardian on site at all times (no drop off, unless under the supervision of another trusted guardian)

Gravity Groms SKILL DEVELPMENT 

Duration: 5 x 2hr sessions

Cost: $440* (inc GST, & will need to purchase/use a separate Leg Saver shuttle pass)​​​

Working on the fundamental skills to get you flowing down green/blue trails with ease

 

- Body position

- Braking & Trail awareness

- Cornering

- Pressure control/Pumping

- Jumps/Drops

- Apply everything learnt on new terrain refining skills where needed

For the competent intermediate rider who is ready for the next step – we will be refining skills on blue/black trails with a focus on technical progression & performance

 

-Body position on steep terrain & rock gardens

-Cornering

-Jumps/Drops

-Identify best braking spots & Line choice

-Pressure control through corners & steep /off-camber descents

- Apply everything learnt on new terrain refining skills where needed
